UPDATE: Amazon Flex payout changes
Amazon Flex has announced updates to the way drivers get paid! Overall, this is good news for drivers as it both increases the payout frequency and provides further information and breakdowns of your payments.
Since January 6, all drivers have been receiving payouts twice a week every Tuesday and Friday, an increase over the previous payout system where drivers received payouts only once a week on Wednesdays.
The screenshot below shows the new payment details for deposits that now occur twice a week.
This is great news for those of us who rely on Amazon Flex for a steady and sustainable income source. Now, if you have a sudden bill or need for cash, you can try to work as many hours as possible and get paid much quicker! (Make sure you know how to get delivery blocks!)
The new Amazon Flex app interface shows additional details about each delivery block you completed, along with the tips attributed to that particular delivery block. This will help you get better feedback for you deliveries based on the tips you receive.
